OUR STORY
Pasteur's Noodle Soup is a family run business for over two decades. It is the heart and soul of the family. Our daily goal is to create, serve, and enjoy authentic, delicious, and healthy Vietnamese food. Every morning, before we open the door, hours of labor and tendering and loving care went into the preparation. The bones must be cleaned correctly to bring out the broth's right flavor for our signature dish, Pho. There is much thoughts and dedicated process that goes into a bowl of Pho. It's not your ordinary bowl of noodles. It's comfort food; a soul food. We love fresh and flavorful food that is distinct. We use fresh ingredients so that the food we serve you is fresh and flavorful. We welcome you to our restaurant and wish you a hearty appetite.
